What to expect

Here at Central Connect we aim to provide the most professional service possible, no matter what service you are seeking or are utilising.  All enquiries, queries and sessions are confidential.

There is a process that we have to follow to ensure that you are receiving the best possible service and that we are the right agency to help you.  If you are self referring there is a form that needs to filled out before appointments can be set, this is so the Intake Manager can allocate the best service and practitioner for you. The intake form can be filled out a number of ways, you can come in to complete it, call over the phone and have someone fill it out for you, for get the form emailed if that is more convenient.  Once the form has been filled out we can get the ball rolling on allocating a practitioner to you and making an appointment that suits, we aim to move on your application as quick as we possibly can.  If your referral comes from another agency or your doctor, the form can be filled out when you come into your first appointment, however we can not allocate you a time and see you before all the appropriate paperwork and acceptance has come through the other parties - in some instances this may take a while but rest assured we are working on it.

If you are unsure of what to expect when you come in for an appointment, support group or home visit please read on for more information.
